Dial 9-1-1 to:
- Report an incident that
requires a Police Officer at the scene (assaults, burglaries, domestic disputes, accidents, etc.).
- Summon a paramedic or ambulance.
- Report a fire.
- Report suspicious, criminal
activity (alarms, shots fired, shouts for help, sounds of breaking
glass, unfamiliar person carrying items from a house, etc.).
- Report a sewer backup or other
Public Works emergency that requires immediate attention.
When in doubt or unsure of any situation, call 9-1-1
and the dispatcher will assist you.
Call 952-927-8861 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for general
information. If you have a situation after hours or on weekends, but do
not require immediate response from a paramedic, firefighter, police
officer or Public Works crew, call the Police Department's non-emergency
number, 952-826-1610.
